Fresh flowers are living, breathing works of nature with inherent variability in appearance, colour, and longevity. Due to their perishable nature and the bespoke craftsmanship involved in each arrangement, our return policy differs from conventional retail products. We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. We will work with you to resolve any concerns through one of the following options:

  • Store credit towards a future purchase

Reporting Issues

To ensure we can properly address any concerns, please notify us within the following timeframes:

  • Delivery Issues: Report damaged, wilted, or unsatisfactory arrangements within 24 hours of delivery
  • Collection Issues: Inspect your arrangement before leaving our studio and notify us immediately of any concerns
  • Longevity Issues: Contact us within 3 days if blooms fail to meet expected vase life despite proper care

When reporting an issue, please provide clear photographs of the arrangement in question. This helps us assess the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Issues reported after the 24-hour notification window
  • Natural variations in flower size, colour, or appearance that fall within normal parameters
  • Damage resulting from improper care or handling after delivery/collection
  • Arrangements rejected by the recipient due to personal preference rather than quality issues
  • Seasonal substitutions disclosed at the time of order
  • Circumstances beyond our control, including unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability
  • Custom or bespoke event arrangements after 48 hours prior to the event date

Delivery Issues

If you believe your arrangement was not delivered or was delivered to an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter with our delivery team and work to resolve the situation promptly. Please ensure that delivery address information provided at the time of order is accurate and complete.

Refund Process

When a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Event and Wedding Orders

Large-scale event and wedding orders require special consideration due to their custom nature and significant preparation time. When substitutions are necessary, we will use blooms of equal or greater value that maintain the aesthetic and colour palette of your chosen design. Substitutions made to preserve overall quality and design integrity are not grounds for return or refund.

To maximise the vase life and beauty of your arrangement, we provide detailed care instructions with every purchase. Proper care includes:

  • Placing flowers in fresh, clean water immediately upon receipt
  • Keeping arrangements away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and ripening fruit
  • Refreshing water every 1-2 days and re-cutting stems at an angle
  • Removing wilted blooms to extend the life of remaining flowers
